Legal Support Associate

Join our team as a legal support associate and help manage the full lifecycle of personal injury and mass tort cases.

Rexburg, ID

Full-time or Part-time

• Manage plaintiff communications and case documentation

• Complete plaintiff fact sheets and forms accurately

• Request and track medical records

• Maintain case data quality and organization

• Support intake and retainer processes

• Assist with case audits and quality control

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Proficiency with technology and case management systems
